Operations Manager

Leads day-to-day shop operations, production flow, and a team of makers and installers at a growing sign and graphics company in Tennessee.

On-site

Ever driven past a building and thought, "Wow, that sign is incredible"? Or watched a plain white van transform into a rolling billboard and wondered how it all comes together? That's the world we live in — and we need someone who can run it like a well-oiled (and well-designed) machine. We're a well-established, growing sign and graphics company in Tennessee looking for an Operations Manager who's equal parts strategist, mentor, and hands-on maker. This isn't a desk-only gig. What You'll Own

  • Own the day-to-day pulse of operations: schedules, production flow, deadlines, and quality
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to drive smart decisions
  • Build, lead, and develop a team of talented makers and installers
  • Get hands-on with fleet graphics, vehicle wrap installation, and channel letter fabrication
  • Run and manage CNC equipment and sign fabrication from the ground up
  • Spot smarter, faster, better ways to do things — and make them happen
  • Keep vendors, safety standards, and job costing running smoothly

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of sign industry experience — you know the materials, the pace, and the craft
  • Real-world operations management experience; further education or certifications a plus
  • Proven track record leading teams people want to work for
  • Hands-on experience with vinyl wraps, channel letters, CNC machinery, and sign fabrication
  • Comfortable moving between spreadsheets, shop floor, and managing installation crews

Why You'll Love It Here

  • A role that's never boring — variety is baked into every single day
  • Real growth opportunity within an established, stable company
  • A team that takes pride in craftsmanship and creativity
  • The satisfaction of seeing your work out in the world — literally, everywhere you drive
